QWhere does MedSpaWatch get its data?
AWe use public information: Google Business Profile and Google Maps data, competitor websites, public ad libraries such as Meta Ad Library and Google Ads Transparency Center, Google Trends, and visible service or offer pages. We also use an internal medspa service taxonomy to normalize service language.
QDo you use private client data?
ANo. We never use private or client data from your spa or another spa. We do not need booking systems, EMRs, CRMs, payment data, or ad account access.
QHow does competitor-set exclusivity work?
ABefore onboarding, we build the competitor set around your local market, service overlap, and reputation tier. During your subscription, another spa included in that set cannot buy the same competitive report package.
QWill my competitor know I subscribed?
ANo. Your subscription is confidential. We do not disclose who receives reports.
QDo I need to install software?
ANo. MedSpaWatch is done for you. You tell us your spa and city, we build the competitor set, and your report arrives by email every Monday.
QWhat is the difference between Essentials and Complete?
AEssentials covers the core weekly report: competitor offers, reputation watch, change detection, and your recommended move. Complete adds deeper advertising intelligence, a larger competitor set, mid-week alerts for major moves, and monthly trend context.
QHow accurate is relative search demand?
ASearch demand is a directional Florida-level signal, not an exact booking count or city-level forecast. We use it to show whether treatment interest is rising, falling, or stable, then weigh it alongside competitor offers, ads, and reviews.
QHow is my competitor set chosen?
AWe choose the closest same-service rivals using geography, service overlap, and tier. The goal is to compare you with spas competing for the same client, not a generic list.
QCan I cancel?
AYes. Plans are monthly and you can cancel anytime.
QWhat happens after I sign up?
AWe confirm competitor-set availability, build your local competitor set, prepare your first report, and start your Monday delivery cadence. Your first report can serve as your sample.
